Baru di Bali

In life there are magic moments; times when everything seems so right, so round, so balance, truly perfect instants. When we are lucky to experience that unique, inspiring second, it becomes part of ourselves, memories we cherish forever.

To me Bali seems to be full of those awe, almost unreal moments and it has become a custom of mine to try to collect them. The secret, to keep eyes and heart open, to slow down and enjoy the Balinese at the simple fact of daily living. 

I took this picture in Padang – Padang beach, this fisherman seemed to really enjoy the trying, I was observing him, waiting for that perfect magic flash for a long time, he patiently waited, tried, waited and tried again.

Did he catch anything?
