Baru di Bali

W Hotel on Petitenget is the much anticipated Bali branch of the worldwide phenomenon 'W' Hotels. Just as we started to wonder WHERE W was going to be, there was a huge billboard installed on Bali's By Pass Junction stating 'W' was 'coming soon'. Shortly after that we stumbled upon the location of W Hotels building site recently, located just behind the Bali Catering Company on Jalan Petitenget.

Seeing the site of W Hotel, I no longer wondered WHERE but WHEN this much anticipated hotel is going to be opening its doors. W Hotel building seems to have stopped for over six months now I heard, but just last week, when we were walking our dogs on the beach, cranes were moving in and construction workers were watching the sunset from W's concrete beachfront skeleton.

All good things take their time though,
