In 1998 the developer Wayan Edy Parsa started building 5 bungalows at the beach in the North of Bali. The idea is to make it possible for Western people to be owners of a complete bungalow and for a reasonable price without any problems in Bali. Until now already about 80 bungalows are built and sold in this way in the North of Bali. The price depends on the type of bungalow, the location and the size of the land. Normally the price you pay for a bungalow is around 150.000, - Euro, included in that price is a completely finished and interior decorated bungalow located at the beachside, a space of around 1.200 square meters, according to your wish alone or together with other bungalows and located directly at the main road.
The extra-ordinary thing worth noticing is that there are no extra costs. In the price is included all costs, like notary, the cost for connecting the electricity to the powernet and water supply, the garden and so on. The bungalows are delivered including air conditioning, the furniture, lighting and kitchen equipment. The garden design is standard and kept simple. We offer you the choice of 5 different bungalows,type Bunga,Bundar,Buka,Brani and Baru. The number of square meters is for Bunga 250,Bundar 130,Buka 260,Brani 160 and Baru 120 m2. They all are different in style and price. We can also build the different types according to your personal wishes. Bunga means Flower, that's the name of the Dutch architect who designed the bungalow. Until now it is the most chosen type and has 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and big livingroom.
The Bundar type is more flexible and smaller. This bungalow with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and livingroom is big enough for a couple.The Buka type is modern with luxery finishing. The Brani is perfect for rent out. It has 4 bedrooms and a large livingroom.
The Baru bungalow is smaller and more suitable on a smaller piece of land. If you would like to have a swimmingpool, and most buyers want that, it will be built by a specialized firm. For a complete swimmingpool with all the electric equipment the price will be between 8,000 and 18,000 Euro depending on size and design. Helpdesk
To make your stay in Indonesia more pleasant and comfortable in the beginning there is the Bali Beach Garden Help Desk where residents of the bungalows can find help and information 24 hours a day.
The Helpdesk can help you with medical problems if needed, pick you up at the airport, go shopping with you, organize household personnel and make arrangements when you're not staying in Indonesia. They can give you technical help for example when your fridge breaks down, help you to receive a visa for a longer period by functioning as your local sponsor and so on.
Payment
The payment is in 3 terms. The first is 50% of the buying sum and must be paid when the deal is closed. The second term (40%)is to be paid when the building reaches the highest point. The rest 10% must be paid when the bungalow is ready and delivered. The payment is in Euro. The notary makes the official documents and in the notary office we will make all agreements and you and Wayan Edy Parsa will sign the documents. For adresses see "contacts".
