Management & Marketing Solutions for Luxury Villas
Bali Homes Management (BHM) Operates private villas on a par with their high-end (5-star and above) hotel counterparts. Our belief is that villa owners should be able to affordably own a luxury villa accommodation without having to make sacrifices in terms of quality and service.
BHM offers two service packages, Villa Operational Management and Villa Marketing. With Operational Management clients, BHM assumes responsibility for every aspect of a villa’s logistical and commercial operations, ensuring that villas are not just well run vacation homes but lucrative investments.
With Villa Marketing clients, BHM packages and promotes the property across an impressive range of over 70 international booking agents, as well as handling agent relations and settlement services.
BHM is located in Bali and was formed as a local (Indonesian) PT company. BHM has been in operation since 2001. Our staff is a mix of Westerners and Indonesians, many of whom have hotel or food & beverage backgrounds. BHM is a member of The Elite Havens Group of companies.
